Are You Living the Greatest Adventure?
When was the last time you took a moment to reflect on your spiritual health, growth, and impact? That’s right, the health of your relationship with God, how much you are currently growing, and how you are working to maximize the impact of your life on those around you?
The mission of LGA is to challenge Christian men to take an honest assessment of their spiritual health. It intends to promote spiritual growth and help you employ practical Biblical principles that will set you on a trajectory to leave a Godly impact on your family, workplace, and even your hobbies!
When and Where?
What is there to do?
Along with experiencing spirt-filled sessions of worship and fellowship, great food, and lodging, there will be a clay pigeon range, a 3D archery range, swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball court, an evening bonfire, walking trails, and disc golf.
Note: We will be providing the firearms for the clay pigeon range. Please do not bring your own firearms for this activity. You may bring your own archery equipment, however, broadheads are not allowed on the 3D archery range. We are not responsible for lost or broken equipment. Crossbows are not allowed.
What Time Should I Be There on Friday?
Bates Creek Camp will be open at 3PM for you to settle in. Dinner begins at 6:00 PM CST, and first session begins at 7:00PM CST.
What Should I Bring?
Outside of your basic overnight bag, bedding, and of course your Bible and study items, you should remember to bring a pair of work clothes and shoes so you can participate in our service project. We also encourage you to bring basic tools if you would like.
If you will be shooting at the archery range, you will also need to bring your archery equipment. No archery equipment, except targets, will be provided.
As mentioned, there is an in-ground swimming pool that will be open. If you will be enjoying the pool, don’t forget your swim suit!

We work hard to keep the cost of this retreat down so anyone can come. This year, the total cost, including lodging, food, curriculum for three sessions, will be $40 per camper.
